  Tried ordering a pair of loafers on website...only 3 pairs left. Made me enter info OVER &OVER AGAIN!! Tried for 1 HOUR! Called store for help...no assistance for ordering on website. Am sick & can't go to store myself. Guess they don't care about customers, hope they CLOSE-UP! Will continue to shop at DSW & Kohls.

  I was seated promptly. But not promptly greeted by my server. I placed my drink order and asked for light ice. My tea came to me full of ice. I placed my order. I ordered my steak medium. I was extremely over cooked. I returned it. When my food was brought back to me, the steak was better but the vegetables were almost raw. The carrots were too hard to cut. The squash & zucchini were still white in that middle. At this point, I just wanted my check so I could leave. My waitress never throughout that meal asked if I needed my drink refilled...which was empty. She was pleasant enough, but I don't believe I'll return to this Outback.
