Her and the pharmacist treated me like a dog and then tried humiliating me by announcing the name of my script for everyone to here as if I should be ashamed. My script cost $600 per month and I have filled it here the last 3 years that's over $21k. They screwed my script up made me wait while they waited one 10 other people after I dropped my scripted off the day before to give them time to work on it un rushed. Horrible human beings. Karma is real.

They are rude, nasty, smart ass employees that lack all/any customer service ability possible. I've been getting my prescriptions filled here for about 2 years, ONLY because they are open late, close and it was convenient for me. 90 percent of the time my prescriptions are billed wrong, not filled, half filled and never notified. I came today to pick up a prescription I dropped off 2 days ago. I pull in the drive in pick up, gave my information to a nasty woman. She gives me a price which is wrong, because it's usually billed incorrectly. I advised the situation which happens every single time." Ma'am I believe, this was billed incorrectly , I...." before I could finish, she said "NO". I said " I'm sorry but what do you mean no. ? " She said the price is what your insurance says you need to pay ". I said "Ma'am I've been getting this filled for 2 years, the insurance gets billed first and then my discount card". She snaps " you have no discount card ". I said Ma'am, its there, I've used it for years. I have a copy I can send it to you. She's quite for about 4 minutes. I say "Ma'am ? Nothing !!!! So I said again " hello Ma'am? She's says to me "wait a minute, this needs to be re billed. You need to come back so I can fix it. I said " how long "?. She's says, 5 minutes. I have one register and I need to wait on everyone else first". Huh !!! I'm here, why not take 5 minutes to help me, why do I need to wait again ? So I asked, can you please help me while I'm right here ? She said" nope, you need to pull up and come back around in 5 or ten minutes. By this time, I've just had enough. Why do I need to wait until you help others behind me, especially if this is a 5 minute fix? So, I pull around and walk in. She is waiting on others in line. So I patiently wait in line AGAIN. She asked to help me, I said my name and she said " didn't I say I need 5 minutes "?. Excuse me ??????? Fill my prescription and re bill my insurance and let me leave now, I'm done waiting. To top this horrible experience off, she points and says " that woman is waiting for ......( says my prescription name, almost like to embarrass me). As I'm paying, they begin to talk under their breath about me, as if i did something wrong you them. This type of behavior happens ever time I go here. I will be working on transferring my prescriptions, my husband's and my son's to another pharmacy. I'll tell everyone who will listen about these employee's and I will also report this to the BBB. This behaviour over and over and over is a sure sign of terrible customer service and terrible management. Unbelievable! Horrible, horrible, horrible pharmacy.

Even after calling twice AND going in to talk to them, each time I was told my doctor was being faxed. STILL HAVEN'T faxed them!! I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my presciption! Make sure you track everything on your own. Ask that they hand fax your rx's while you are there. You really have to babysit everything and not rely on them or what they tell you.
