  To whom it may concern, I just wanted to pass along some kudos to your staff! I was a walk in on Saturday for a maid of honor dress. I knew it could be crazy as I have visited other boutiques as well, and not having an appointment along with homecoming, I was taking some chances. Much to my surprise your staff Karen Simon, did an amazing job with her attention and helpfulness to my needs. I was so impressed with all her kindness and patience, especially since I did not have an appointment. I ended up finding what I needed and ordered. One thing checked off the list and was very excited with my “find”. (I had the luxury of being able to buy whatever dress, wherever) I have some history here, as I am 44 years old, and had gotten my own prom dress there when I was 16! I brought my own daughter for here prom dress as well and now I am so grateful I was able to have the same experiences I have had over the years. What a fabulous staff, particularly Karen, as well as your seamstress. Please give Karen the praise she is due and thank you again for top quality service!   I had the pleasure of ordering my wedding dress here and dealing with the ladies who work here. Karen was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure that my experience went smoothly. All of the ladies who I interacted with, for both visits, were very helpful and knowledgeable. It was nice and refreshing to be treated like a regular person instead of just a customer. The care, advice, and patience of the ladies here was greatly appreciated! I would recommend going during the week so that the place is less crowded and you have a nice personal experience. I'm sure the ladies are wonderful any day of the week, but it was nice to know that Karen could help me out without worrying about other guests.
