  5 stars for sure. Had out of town guests coming in and needed a box spring asap. Pulled in, Mark (manager) immediately introduced himself, I explained my situation, and he directed me to an item in the back that had just been taken off the floor. Offered a stunningly low price (over 60% lower than other local outfits). I was out in 15 minutes, AND he loaded it onto my car and securely strapped it in. The ultimate in customer service. We'll be back.

  Definitely satisfied. Michael and Chris were super helpful and answered every question with great detail. They got me a mattress & box spring set that was already on sale for $899 (originally $1300) for $550 all said and done. Including the frame. Unbelievable. I can't wait for it to get delivered this Saturday.
