  The store manager lied to us in order to get us to buy a high $ item when he had other options available; we wanted our money back. We contacted Oreck and their customer support couldn't help us with this guy (franchise owner). We contacted the manager directly and he did not care. Stay away from this place. I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I want to give them a zero star rating.

  I hate the I have to even put 1 star.... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.. the "owner" was dressed in sweat pants, sloppy .. and totally rude and condescending. Never Never wast your time or all the extra money he will try to get out of you... if you want professional, friendly, affordable service....MILLER BROS... I left this Oreck store and headed right to Miller Brothers on West Philadelphia and right from the second I walked in awesome. !!! Never again... Stay away from this Oreck store..!!
